This series of products use CMOS technology, and Hall sensor is integrated in the chip. With 2V~5.5V operating voltage, 1.2μa ultra-low power consumption, and excellent temperature compensation, the chip can work in the environment of - 40℃~125℃, which further improves the product consistency and anti-interference ability.
