Job Descriptions/Responsibilities:

The Test Characterization Engineer is responsible for the test evaluation and device characterization of product performance, competitor bench-marking and data analysis. 

The engineer works in characterization team and alongside with design, quality & manufacturing team to support product definition and improvement.  He also develops and maintains test jigs, fixtures and boards to support lab and development activities. 


Qualifications/Desired Skills:

Direct experience with MEMS inertial sensor testing and characterization

Hands on experience with test hardware and software setup and implementation

Proficient in data analysis software such as Excel and JMP.

Proficient in the use of bench analysis equipment such as function generator, digital oscilloscope, curve tracer, network analyzer and etc. 

Familiar with electronic design, mechanical design of the test system and capable of developing code for test software. 


Education/Experience:

BS in engineering or at least 10 year’s equivalent MEMS industry test development and characterization experience 

Should have at least 15 years semiconductor product test experience.
